Summary:
Sergio was a wonderful guide and an excellent person to spend three days with as we explored Bali. I’m a very indecisive person and this 3 day tour made it hassle free to checkout Bali highlights without the stress of coordinating with multiple guides or tour services. Our guide, Sergio, was so kind and patient. He provided great information and history on all our drives and answered all our questions along the way. He even made sure we got to Tirta Gangga early enough to be the only persons there. It made for a relaxing visit and very nice memory. There are so many people crowding/waiting to take photos at all the beautiful Bali sites, so this was a very nice treat. My sandal broke on the way the way there and he helped convince a shop stall outside the temple to open up so I could have something on my feet! I felt like this tour provided a good look at many sites around different corners of Bali. I had heard Bali traffic was nuts, and that is absolutely no lie. The tour made it stress-free to see major sites, just expect that you may be in the car longer than you may expect on vacation. I was not as prepared for how much of the tourism in Bali is geared towards photo ops for social media (the temples and stonework are amazing), but having Sergio as our guide made me feel like I was able to learn a lot about the people and communities we traveled through, while also capturing great memories. Definitely recommend him and the tour for anyone struggling to decide on activities. We stayed in Ubud for our week long visit but pickup was right at our hotel and could not have been easier.

Summary:
Wayan our driver was the absolute best at showing us around and ensuring safety. He had great english and knowledge of Bali, where we went to explore on the 3day tour. Wayan picked us up from the Airport and delivered us to our hotel. We then went to Nusa Dua, Seminyak, Canggu and Uluwattu. I highly recommend Wayan he is now our friend and brother. We will only use Wayan next time we are in beautiful Bali again.

Summary:
This was the best tour that my wife and I have been on, what makes this tour perfect is the guide Ketut, he really goes the extra mile to make sure that you are always happy and comfortable. He is a great person to be around. This tour visits all the must see places in Bali. We were on other tours during our stay, but none as good as this one in terms of guide and content. Ketut gives advice, he gives tea when you have stomach issues and asks if he can help with medicine, he has a good camera and loves to take pictures throughout the tour. He is also proud of his Balinese culture, we learned so much from him. If ever we return to Bali we will plan all our tours through Ketut. I would recommend Smart Bali Tours to anyone and everyone.
